Event Pitch Created for K-pop Nara
I wanted to utilize a different space than the usual bubble tea shops and immediately thought of K-pop Nara Chicago's newly acquired event space. After brainstorming with my co-organizers and confirming my vendors, I compiled all the details about the event into the PDF document below and pitched it to them.
Flyer Collaboration
The flyers you see below were created by my best friend and graphic designer, Janelle. As a newer TWICE fan, I wanted to collaborate with fans who were more familiar with TWICE than I was. Janelle's eye for colors and typography also suited the aesthetics that I wanted the event to have.
Cupsleeve Design
Drawing inspiration from the flyers, I designed the commemorative cupsleeve for the portion of the event that would be held at TEA%.
Engagement Through Dance: Random Dance Play and Performers
My co-organizer, Lauren, created the music mix that we would play for the hour we set aside for dancing. With an emcee (Ariana) and a halftime performance by MINT Crew, we were able to create an energetic space for people to show off their dance moves and cheer each other on. I edited together the footage taken at the event and uploaded it for attendees to relive the moment and share with their network.
